Design Magic Interiors is owned and operated by Jan Magic-Banks who has served as an Interior Designer and Kitchen and Bath Designer for over 30 years. She has worked in Fort Myers, Florida on high-end New Construction as well as Remodeling. Jan now enjoys working with her North Carolina clientele. Her great communication skills and sharp eye for color and design are what Jan's clients like best about her! By listening to her clients’ wants and needs, as well as working within any type of budget, Jan makes the interior design process smooth and enjoyable for her clients.
Jan is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Interior Design. There she received excellent training in color, design, and drafting skills which she utilizes on all her jobs in creating an environment that best fits her clients. Utilizing a well planned design, Jan will guide you through the process of making the right decisions and selections for your home.
Jan enjoys sharing her skills at UNCW where she teaches an adult evening class on the four basics ingredients of good design; planning, color, budget, and accessories. These are all key elements for great end results.
